If you have a particular life obstacle you’re trying to overcome, seeking help is important. As a clinical psychologist, your well-being and mental strength is my priority. I offer an initial consultation session, during which you will be able to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss your worries, ask questions and ascertain if therapy may benefit you. If you decide to carry on, there is a wide range of therapeutic treatments I can offer. I am able to draw from different models and psychological theory and research to create a bespoke intervention that suits your needs.
