Mindfulness Meditation eight week course
Tuesdays 10-11:30 am March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, April 19th, 26th, May 3rd;
As most of us live busy and demanding lives, our minds get caught up with worries, planning and analysing, in a way that can feel overwhelming and stressful. Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, low mood and anxiety, as well as increase well-being and quality of life. This course is suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience of meditation. It will be a closed group (the same people every time). As the course progresses you will be learning about and practicing mindfulness. The course requires commitment to mindfulness practice. You should allow 30-40 minutes for daily practice.
